Accommodation

  • Since the accommodation facility is limited, allotment of rooms will be made on first come first served basis. Early booking is therefore recommended to avoid disappointments.
  • Accommodation is confirmed only when accompanied by one day’s payment as advance.
  • For accommodation please mention the hotel (with three choices) and type of room and number of persons.
  • Cancellation of accommodation may be made up to 31st July 2007. Refunds after that will not be possible. Cancellation of booking will incur a handling fee of Rs.250/-
